Chris Morrison
Christopher Morrison is a partner and practices complex civil litigation in the areas of insurance coverage, class proceedings, and negligence claims. Chris has developed a special interest in appellate advocacy and does the majority of the firm’s appeals. He has appeared frequently before the appellate courts of Ontario and was lead counsel for the Canadian Red Cross Society in Osborne Estate v. The CRCS in the Supreme Court of Canada.
Chris was called to the Bar in 1995 and has logged over 25 reported decisions, primarily as lead counsel. More recently he has been involved in the evaluation and negotiation of historic liability policy claims involving multi-million dollar environmental claims. Chris also enjoys lecturing on these issues and has authored numerous papers on evidence, class proceedings and insurance coverage.

Chris Morrison Successfully Defends The Dominion of Canada General Insurance Company in the Court of Appeal
Chris Morrison and Stephanie Quesnelle appeared in the Ontario Court of Appeal to successfully have a claim against The Dominion of Canada General Insurance Company Dismissed.
