Sometimes a good mediator is the difference between a satisfactory resolution to a file and a long, costly and potentially disastrous trial.

Shortly after the “pilot project’ for mandatory mediation came into existence in Ontario, WILL DAVIDSON has been offering mediation services through Allyson Webster.  Since that time Allyson has become a trusted mediator by both Plaintiffs and Insurers and boasts an impressive track record of closing those “difficult files”

Although carrying on a substantial mediation practice Allyson continues to remain current on all the issues facing both sides of the table through her extensive defence practice and her consultation with the plaintiff lawyers at WILL DAVIDSON. Allyson has very competitive half and full day rates ($2,800 plus HST and disbursements and $4,000 plus HST and disbursements, respectively). Effective January 1, 2013, Allyson has a 30 day cancellation policy of 50% of the cost of the mediation booked. Please speak to Maureen Whetham for further details.
