Mark Muszynski

After articling with Will Davidson LLP, Mark joined the firm as an Associate specializing in plaintiff-side personal injury. He represents a wide variety of clients in motor vehicle accident claims, benefits disputes, medical malpractice and general personal injury. He has experience appearing before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and the Small Claims Court. Mark is proud of having won his first trial, as an articling student, in the Small Claims Court.

Mark completed an honours Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Toronto. He attended Osgoode Hall Law School where he was the recipient of the Sir Jack Jacob Prize in the Administration of Justice. Prior to commencing his legal career, Mark lived in New York City pursuing a career in theatre. He is a graduate of Circle in the Square Theatre School and appeared in numerous theatrical productions. While pursuing his theatrical career Mark supported himself by working on Wall Street, as an employee of Salomon Smith Barney and Citigroup Asset Management.
