Emma was born and raised in the United Kingdom, emigrating to Canada in 2002. While in the UK, she completed the Institute of Legal Executive’s program while gaining valuable legal experience working in the field of family law and civil litigation.

After her move to Canada, Emma spent some time as a law clerk practicing in the area of wills and estates, and real estate, before joining Will Davidson in February 2003. Emma works in close tandem with Will Davidson’s partner, David A. Morin.

Emma focuses on civil litigation, fixating primarily on commercial litigation, environmental claims, insurance law, real estate litigation, municipal liability, product liability, and personal injury. She is proficient in all aspects of file management, legal research, and the drafting of pleadings, motions and other court documents required to successfully prosecute our clients’ claims. She has extensive trial and appeal experience.

Emma is an active member of the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association. She completed her paralegal licensing in 2012 and has appeared in Small Claims Courts.

Emma resides in the Huntsville area with her family and enjoys travel, music, and gardening in her spare time
