Michael was called to the Bar in 1998, and practices in the areas of Plaintiff Personal Injury Litigation, Family Law, and Wills and Estates. Prior to being called to the Bar, Michael worked as a Clerk and Student at Levinter & Levinter between 1990 and 1996 while obtaining his Bachelor of Arts Degree in History at the University of Ottawa (1993) and his Bachelor of Law Degree at the University of Alberta (1996). He articled at Levinter & Levinter in 1996/1997 and joined the firm as a lawyer upon his call to the Bar. Michael joined Will Davidson in 2015.

Michael has significant experience in all aspects of personal injury litigation arising from motor vehicle accidents, occupier’s liability matters, as well as expertise in the representation of insured persons in first party accident benefits claims.

He has attended on numerous trials as counsel, and given his lengthy tenure at Levinter & Levinter, Michael has significant experience in all aspects of personal injury litigation arising from motor vehicle accidents, occupier’s liability matters, as well as expertise in the representation of insured persons in first party accident benefits claims.
Michael has acted as a contributor for Continuing Legal Education programs offered by The Canadian Bar Association and the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association.
